Regular physical activity and healthy eating can make a positive contribution to longevity and improve quality of life. Research has shown that a number of people living in Canada do not get sufficient physical activity on a regular basis and consume foods that do not conform to current health guidelines.

This website is designed for individuals who are interested in participating in a new research study that is investigating the role played by personal goals and digital monitoring technology in terms of promoting healthy dietary choices and regular physical activity behaviour. Further details about this study, your role as a participant, and the research team, can be accessed via the menu options that appear on the top of this screen.

This study is supported by a grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
